Welcome to Kauffee Break. By placing an order, submitting an inquiry, booking an event, or purchasing from us in person or online, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Orders & Payments
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Prices are subject to change based on menu updates, seasonal ingredients, event size, travel, setup needs, and availability.
For preorder pickup days, customers are responsible for selecting the correct pickup date, time, and location before submitting their order. Once an order is placed, we begin preparing for that order based on the information provided.
Pickup Orders
Pickup orders are available only during the date and time listed for that specific preorder event. Customers are responsible for picking up their order during the posted pickup window.
If you are unable to pick up your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that orders will be held after the pickup window has ended. Missed pickups may not be eligible for a refund.
Event Inquiries & Bookings
Submitting an event inquiry does not guarantee availability or reserve your date. Your event is not considered booked until we confirm availability and any required deposit or payment has been received.
Kauffee Break offers service through our coffee trailer and indoor cart option, depending on the event location, space, access, and setup needs. Final service options are subject to approval based on the details of your event.
Event pricing may vary depending on guest count, location, menu selections, length of service, setup requirements, and travel distance.
Cancellations & Refunds
Because our drinks and ingredients are prepared for specific orders and events, all sales are generally final.
For event bookings, cancellation terms may vary based on the size and details of the event. Any deposits, retainers, or booking fees may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
If Kauffee Break must cancel due to an emergency, weather concern, equipment issue, or other circumstance outside of our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss available options.
Allergies & Dietary Restrictions
Kauffee Break serves products that may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including milk, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy, eggs, sesame, and other ingredients. The FDA identifies milk, eggs, fish, Crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soybeans, and sesame as major food allergens.
While we do our best to answer ingredient questions and accommodate requests when possible, we cannot guarantee that any drink, food item, syrup, topping, mix-in, or preparation surface is completely free from allergens or cross-contact.
Our equipment, utensils, containers, pumps, counters, ice bins, and preparation areas may be shared between different products. Customers with severe allergies should use their own judgment before ordering.
Please notify us of any allergy or dietary concern before placing your order. However, notifying us does not guarantee that cross-contact can be fully avoided.
Menu Availability
Menu items, flavors, syrups, toppings, milk options, dirty soda ingredients, and seasonal specials may change without notice. Some items may sell out or become unavailable due to ingredient supply or event demand.
We reserve the right to substitute or remove items when necessary.
Weather, Access & Setup
For trailer and cart events, the customer is responsible for providing accurate event details, including address, setup location, available space, parking access, electrical access if required, and any venue rules.
Outdoor service may be affected by unsafe weather, poor ground conditions, lack of access, or other safety concerns. Kauffee Break reserves the right to adjust, delay, or cancel service if conditions are unsafe for our team, equipment, or guests.
Customer Information
When you submit an inquiry or place an order, you agree to provide accurate contact information. We may use your information to contact you about your order, pickup, event request, or booking details.
We do not sell your personal information.
Photos & Social Media
Kauffee Break may take photos or videos of our trailer, cart, drinks, setup, or event display for marketing and social media purposes. We will do our best to avoid identifying private guests without permission.
If you do not want photos taken at your event, please let us know before the event date.
Changes to These Terms
Kauffee Break may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version posted on our website will be considered the current version.
